    Was worried about receiving cheep style glasses, always so hard to "know" exactly what you're going to get. Was EXTREMELY happy to see the glasses are of quality, being thicker heavy glass is what it's all about! You won't be disappointed in the sand etching either, A+ product!

    We wanted to buy a set of personalized coat of arms glasses for our son's wedding, went to google and The Irish Rose came up. I had a couple of product questions and also, the correct spelling of our last name was not listed in the website drop down. I called customer service and left a message and the next day got TWO calls from them wanting to help. They answered my questions and added our name to the choice list! Received the glasses recently (fast too!) and they are great! Thank you so much for your attention! Nice heavy glasses at an affordable price. Perfect-O!
